Reisterstown Recreation and Parks Council Programs Each program of the Recreation Council has been approved by the executive board.  A budget must be approved and all the finances must be in order to maintain a good standing.  All programs must be self sufficient and be able to operate under the rules of the Recreation Council, Baltimore County and other groups connected to their operations.  Most rely on volunteers from the head of the programs down to operate successfully.  The Council needs individuals in the community to help support the existing programs and even create new programs for others in the community to take part and enjoy. If you are interested in helping out with an existing program, or you have any questions about a program, please contact them at the numbers or emails below.  If you would like to start a new program, you may contact the Reisterstown Recreation Office for basic information how a program can be started.  Please note that the Recreation Office is a Baltimore County Government office and may not have specific information about each program nor oversees programs or the Recreation Council.
